- 1 Tbsp soy sauce ($0.06)
- 2 Tbsp sriracha ($0.22)

- 1Stir together brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl; set aside.
- 2Bring a pot of water to a boil, add lo mein noodles, and boil until tender; drain in a colander.
- 3While water heats, crack eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.
- 4Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat; add eggs and crushed red pepper, then lightly scramble until just set.
