Spicy Sriracha Noodles

Bring a pot of water to a boil
1 handful fresh cilantro (optional, $0.10)toss with sauce and eggs, top with cilantro and green onion, serve

4 oz. lo mein noodles ($1.30)boil until tender, draindrizzle sauce over, toss to coat
2 Tbsp butter ($0.20)heat butter in skillet over medium heatlightly scramble
2 large eggs ($0.42)whisk
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper ($0.02)
1 Tbsp brown sugar ($0.08)stir together
1 Tbsp soy sauce ($0.06)
2 Tbsp sriracha ($0.22)

  • 4 oz. lo mein noodles ($1.30)
  • 2 Tbsp butter ($0.20)
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper ($0.02)
  • 2 large eggs ($0.42)
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar ($0.08)
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce ($0.06)
  • 2 Tbsp sriracha ($0.22)
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro (optional, $0.10)
  • 1 green onion, sliced ($0.10)

  1. 1Stir together brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. 2Bring a pot of water to a boil, add lo mein noodles, and boil until tender; drain in a colander.
  3. 3While water heats, crack eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.
  4. 4Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat; add eggs and crushed red pepper, then lightly scramble until just set.
