- 2 (16 oz) packs of Bacon
- 1 pack of Little Smokies (3 pounds)
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp BBQ Rub
- 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

- 1Slice the two 16-ounce bacon packages into thirds, wrap each strip around a sausage from the three-pound pack, secure every piece with a toothpick, and arrange them on a wire rack set over a large baking sheet.
